 I started training with Sus 4 years ago, my initial hope was to increase physical strength and cardio fitness as I felt this had been neglected over the years while focusing on a young family and running a family business.


Well the results speak for themselves!


Sus listened and tailored a training program that was a perfect fit for me.


Over this four year journey with Sus her wealth of knowledge, and high standard of skill to adapt her training philosophy to each individual need has allowed me to achieve all my fitness goals to date,.


Not only have I significantly increased my physical strength and cardio fitness but also my body shape has transformed into a much leaner, muscled toned healthier me.


Ten months ago I was at an all time low in my health with a debilitating health issue and a compromised compressed spinal fracture due to an accident many years ago.  I went from hero to zero.  To get through daily life was a struggle.  I knew the benefits of keeping up with my fitness training as it was the only thing to get me through. Sus was there every step of the way, slowly rehabilitating me to where I am today, fitter stronger and in the best physical shape I have ever been in.

I started training with Sus on a recommendation. 


Over the years of being a chippy and always lifting heavy materials as well as racing motorbikes had all taken a real toll on my body.


I came to Sus with the hope of some kind of strength training to rehabilitate old racing injuries and the wear and tear of carpentry work.  I suffered from lower back pain, tennis elbow in both arms and a shoulder injury.  I struggled to get out of bed every morning.


Fast forward three years later and I bounce out of bed now ready to take on life's challenges.


Sus was able to train me in a way that was pain free but has significantly reduced all my pains and at the same tie build muscle to protect me from future injuries developing in the same way.  Through Sus' expert guidance, my body has gone through a significant transformation with ore strength and muscle growth than I ever hoped for.


Training with Sus is always fun but at the same time challenging which pushes me to advance in my training both strength wise and also in cardio fitness. 


Since training with Sus, I have been inspired to continue developing my fitness.

Susi has trained me both in a PT and Bootcamp setting for some years now. She is a super talented Personal Trainer, as I always feel better after attending her classes. She is responsive to my individual needs (dodgy Knees), and adapts exercises to best suit-whilst always challenging me and extending my capacity. Training with Susi at her home based gym is glorious - beautiful views with a warm and welcoming environment.
